Lawson Poem.

Collection consists of one holographic poem, "Maryland," written by Mrs. Lawson most likely during the Civil War period. Apparently, the poem was intended as a satirical response to the pro-Southern lyrics of "Maryland My Maryland" written by James R. Randall in 1861.
